Content & Technology Solutions (CTS) is the industry leading content provider. Clients seamlessly discover, explore, and access organised and connected content via multiple delivery channels. Data is delivered via a variety of technologies, such as APIs, cloud infrastructure, database loaders and formats that meet the needs of our clients' workflows. By enabling our clients to utilise their preferred choice of industry standard databases, programming languages, and data visualisation tools, we empower them to focus on the core competencies needed to drive their business. The SBU contributes double-digit year-over-year growth to the business. Our solutions portfolio includes Standard DataFeeds, Data Exploration, OnDemand (API), Views, Cornerstone, Exchange DataFeeds, Benchmark Feeds, the Open:FactSet Marketplace, and other non-workstation initiatives. The CTS EMEA strategist role is a critical function as we focus on accelerating the CTS business into the future. Our strategy team takes a holistic approach that includes managing the existing business while looking to accelerate ASV growth and drive product innovation. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Motivate, educate, and empower sales team via sales enablement activities * Utilise subject matter expertise to help sales specialists on large deals * Partner with client service to help manage, maintain, and enhance our existing business * Partner with product team to set development priorities and drive our product roadmap * Communicate the needs of the business to the content team * Collect and document client/market feedback * Pursue partnership/business development opportunities and other business needs * Develop exceptional industry and competitor knowledge * Collaborate with the global marketing team to execute marketing strategies and sales campaigns Requirements: We welcome ambitious team players with a proven ability to think strategically and influence others. In addition, the candidate should have: * 5+ years high performance in a client facing role * Excellent organisation and time managements skills * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to run effective meetings internally and with clients * Proven capability of effectively interacting with senior level stakeholders and client contacts * Knowledge of off-platform products/business and/or exchange content * Willingness to travel and ability to self-motivate
