The FinTech Chief Administrative Office (CAO) team supports commercial, risk and control matters for FinTech and the associated outsourced operations within the Investor Services business line. Part of the role of the FinTech CAO team include various project and initiative management responsibilities, primarily the proactive support of FinTech product and business initiatives (for both bank and asset manager segments) and in the investigation of issues that arise. The role of the Projects and Initiatives Management - Business Analyst II is to support initiatives to establish processes, documentation and controls that manage the design and delivery of FinTech products and services. The position will also participate in relevant committees and/or working groups of cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment on the vetting of strategy and product development commitments, and that appropriate review has taken place with all relevant stakeholders. Some of your key responsibilities include : 1. Participate in specific projects for the development and design of operational processes, procedures and controls to ensure the processes support the provision of FinTech services to clients. Ensure that appropriate risk mitigation has been incorporated into the processes, procedures and controls designed. Ensure that appropriate documented procedures are in place for the operational processes reviewed, including the establishment of a regular review process for those procedures. Proactively identify enhancements to products and processes across Fintech to ensure these remain aligned to Industry standards. 2. Developing the department's use of technologies for the production and retention of management information. 3. Participate in the development of the FinTech commercial strategy including enhancing and monitoring how the department conducts market analysis on products and how that feed into product approvals within the Firm (e.g., submissions to NBRG, NPLP, etc.). 4. Monitor the emerging Data and Digital themes that are relevant to BBH and understand the potential risks and opportunities that these present to BBH. 5. Support Firm-wide and business line committees related to the development and execution of FinTech products and services. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree preferred * Background in project management, business analyst or risk and control disciplines, with good understanding of operational processes * Team player, able to work well with other groups * Able to work independently, prioritize, multi-task * Strong problem solving ability.
