The role sits with the RLAM Marketing Team which is responsible for all marketing activity for our clients and its main purpose is to partner with the Head of Wholesale (sales) to develop the wholesale marketing strategy as part of the Channel Marketing strategy ensuring alignment with sales objectives and RLAM's corporate strategy. Key Accountabilities * Creating and delivering effective marketing campaigns to promote RLAM's products and services for the wholesale market, working with other Marketing teams. * Develop detailed campaign plans to promote products/strategies within wholesale and advisory audiences. * Work closely with Head of Wholesale (sales) and Channel Marketing Lead to agree campaigns and alignment on best messaging to ensure that plan targets appropriate potential clients. * Working closely with the Channel Marketing Lead to ensure that all activity aligns to RLAM corporate and marketing strategy. * Manage marketing campaigns and promotions for target markets - including working closely with other marketing team members to include but not limited to - advertising, in market activities (roadshows, events) webinars, conference calls and a robust programme of content marketing, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines through all marketing activities. * Use and build appropriate campaign analytics to share with relevant parties the impact the campaign has had and (as appropriate) ways to improve. * Manage relationships with external publications and vendors and keep abreast of new opportunities with sponsored media. * Write, develop and approve collateral sales tools, advertisements and communications supporting our product focus and supporting the sales activity. * Consider opportunities for alternative promotion vehicles - audio/visual presentations/conferences, webinars, and social media etc. * Develop and implement digital solutions, as well as structural and design changes to better meet the needs of RLAM's various audiences. * Write engaging copy for email marketing and manage the process end to end, identifying and managing data requirements. * Develop and embed activity for RLAM's social media strategy. * Manage current website and consider new ideas for upgrading of website. * Support the development of our CRM solution (Microsoft Dynamics) and its data. Actively use the CRM and work collaboratively with the CRM Marketing Analyst to ensure activity is targeted and measured appropriately. * Identify and plan best use to spend to deliver against marketing activity.
