Position Summary: As the Omni Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales across Bricks and Clicks for the brand, while shaping the future targets to maximise opportunity and drive the redefining of the Jo Malone London retail landscape in the new phase of retail. The Omni Sales Director will report to the Vice President, Brand Manager for Jo Malone London UK and ROI and work closely with the Global Education Director and Global Operations Director aligning strategic priorities, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence across the Brand. Plus, partnering with the E-commerce and Marketing Director to drive holistic brand sales. Summary of primary responsibilities: * Achievement of the brand retail, NET and NOP objectives, through Building, driving & supporting an innovation strategy around omni channel to achieve retail targets and drive profitable sales. * Drive holistic brand sales through leveraging and enhancing omnichannel, activations, tools and product & allocation strategy, leveraging digital to power in store experience, further integrate digital education and mindset and capability within the team. * Develop a strategic fiscal sales plan for each region and area by working with the Regional Sales and Education Managers, ensuring that all sales plans are achieved by also collaborating with the National Operations and Concessions Managers to maximise on all retail sales opportunities. * Successfully lead, drive and inspire the Sales, Education and Operations, Head Office and Field team to ensure retail, and demonstration budgets are managed strategically to support brand growth. * Develop talent and capability within the Head Office and Field Sales Team though the implementation of a robust development and succession planning strategy to support all team members, as well as developing an induction programme for new Managers/Executives, that clearly highlights talent and developmental capability of each team member whilst supporting their future progression within the brand and wider corporation. * Develop & implement strategies to drive service, sales and education standards and operational excellence within all Jo Malone London Boutiques, that is aligned to the Global brand and overall regional vision, to put Jo Malone London UK & ROI consumer at the heart. * Build collaborative relationships with retail partners, ensuring they are supported by the brand to achieve holistic sales. * Utilise information systems for the purpose of reviewing and analysing retail and corporate sales performance with a view to identifying opportunities to drive retail sales and stylist productivity. * Closely work with the Global Operations Director, National Operations Manager, Corporate Inventory and Demand planners to ensure all boutiques always have adequate stock levels and strive to keep weeks cover at the required level, supporting the war on waste. * Collaborate with the Global Education Director to implement a strategic tailored education and development programme for Jo Malone London Boutique Manager's and Stylists, to drive sales, productivity and elevate customer service levels. * Work collaboratively with Retail Finance, Business Analyst and Operations Executive to support and drive operational excellence across both FSS and concession boutiques through training, implementation of best practices and policies/procedures. * Close collaborative relationship with the Digital and Consumer Marketing Directors, providing qualitative feedback on launches, Visual Merchandising and Events to support brand positioning. * Support CRM strategy through Stylist education and goal setting to provide the highest quality data. * Able to assist the Communications Manager and PR team to maximise brand positioning and support regional PR activity.
