The Role We are looking for a creative Talent Sourcer, with an amazing eye for discovering entrepreneurial talent, to work proactively to position Entrepreneur First as the default career preference for the most ambitious individuals in France. Based from our London HQ, the role owns the process of identifying and contacting exceptionally talented individuals to learn more about EF, ultimately leading them to apply. This role sits within our Global Growth team, where you'll work closely with colleagues from around the world. What You'll Do Identifying Talent (30%) You will independently lead on finding exceptional individuals which EF should invest in. You have the challenging but incredibly exciting task of finding world-class founders before they are founders. You'll build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new leads to engage - across both technical and non technical fields - and use the in-depth criteria we have formed to assess the best. Partnering with our Talent Manager and General Manager in Paris, you'll work closely with them to ensure we are setting high standards and aligning our teams on what great looks like. You'll use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ResearchGate and GitHub, as well as other non-conventional sources like Twitter, competition rankings and university websites, plus others you could experiment and trial. Contacting and Engaging Individuals (40%) You will lead on first communications and outreach. In many cases, you will be the catalyst that sparks their interest in EF or even entrepreneurship. You'll get to experiment with different forms of outreach and copy, but always maintaining a personalised approach. Your mission will be to capture interest, converting outreach into a further conversation with a member of the EF team. As you become more experienced, you will develop processes and best practices to optimise sourcing and positive response rates, ultimately creating an effective and efficient sourcing function. Stakeholder Management (15%) You'll get regular feedback from Paris Team on the leads engaged and report weekly on progress against targets, keeping all stakeholders in the loop. Data Management and Reporting (15%) You'll own the integrity of our CRM as a single source of truth for leads contacted and engaged in France. About You * You are an experienced sourcer, researcher or recruiter (1-2 years experience), or growth minded recruiting coordinator used to managing high volume scheduling * You have experience recruiting for the French market or a deep understanding of the French university and talent landscape. Along with this, you'll ideally be comfortable working in both English and French * You are target-driven. * You think in pipelines and dig deep to find areas for improvement at every stage. * You are a highly organised self-starter who gets things done. * You are a team player, who is motivated by achieving shared goals. * You are a quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments, and is and able to adapt to changing needs and circumstances. * You are a clear communicator who is comfortable managing relationships with multiple stakeholders. * You're able to handle all situations and data sensitively and in confidence. * You are interested in building a career in talent-investing, growth, marketing.
