Feels like magic, powered by smart tech. We're looking for a Head of Growth with an entrepreneurial heart to build, lead, drive and own our growth engine. We've taken the business from 0 to 1 by disrupting the market with the smartest learning platform ever made and by bringing onboard incredible global customers but now it's time to accelerate growth and be the market-leading learning platform. Requirements Here's the mission, if you choose to accept it: * Drive our growth strategy, optimise our funnel and scale our acquisition channels to deliver exponential growth. * Implement and scale growth tactics and audience targeted marketing campaigns from concept to execution to optimisation. * Setup and optimise the right data infrastructure and drive cost-effective and data-driven growth. * Improve our marketing infrastructure (delivering email and in-product messaging, A/B testing, deploying dynamic creative, facilitating triggered marketing), streamline processes, and improve growth marketing competency to improve campaign effectiveness. * Help build a world-class growth team whilst being a thought leader inside and outside of the organisation. * We'll stop there because of you've done this before you know what you need to do. Benefits Typically we find someone with the following will be a great fit: * You have at least 3 years growth marketing experience where you have scaled user acquisition, exceeded revenue goals and built a growth team at a fast-growing startup or scale up (preferably B2B). * You are a strategic and intuitive thinker that can move fast and adapt to our changing environment and competitive landscape * You'll conceive, plan and execute growth marketing strategies and tactics - driving acquisition, conversion and retention across digital, ATL, content, referral and influencer channels * You have a naturally collaborative demeanour - you are an influencer with gravitas and resilience that can operate at all levels from C suite to intern with an 'everything is possible' attitude * You are highly numerate with a passion for data-driven decision making. Testing, learning and reporting form a core part of how you operate * You've got creative juices flowing on tap, a brilliant collaborator and a joy to work with. * You're a master at statistical reasoning and understand how to design and deliver effective experiments. * You understand and value the benefits of self-directed learning and you're a serial skills stacker.
