Reaching 26 billion monthly views globally, Vevo has over 400,000 music videos in its catalogue. Take a look inside Vevo The Growth Strategy Manager role drives a crucial part of Vevo's mission. The role works within our Content & Programming team in London and is focused on growing the promotional and commercial value of our music videos across all distribution platforms. They work with Vevo's trove of artist data to uncover growth opportunities to share with Vevo's external artist and label partners. The Growth Strategy Manager will work closely with the Business Operation and Content Operations teams both in Europe and in the US, to drive growth initiatives and efficiently communicate the value of these efforts to our label partners. Growth is central to our mission and represents a growing global impact for the business and for Vevo's artist and label partners. As a member of our team, you will * Analyze and report on growth strategies to EU partners. Assist in providing wider examples and proof of potential optimisations identified. * Work with internal label relations teams to develop strategies/priorities to maximize growth opportunities * Educate, present, and lead meetings with key EU partners/labels to achieve Vevo's growth goals * Key resource for EU partner questions related to growth data and analytics * Proactively anticipate partner growth needs and deliver value * Design and prepare tailored and concise best practice materials to label partners * Develop custom proposals for artist release campaigns to maximize impact * Provide post-optimization analysis to internal teams as well as external partners Requirements * 5+ years experience in account or partner management, for online video or record label preferred * Strong communication and collaboration skills * High proficiency in business intelligence/data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
