We know how to be competitive, learn and continue to support each other and our customers! BlueCat seeks a Manager, Sales (Mid Market) to build and lead a team of high performing Account Executives. This position reports to the VP, EMEA Sales. As a Sales Manager, you will drive and determine the success of a team that will be generating revenue through channel partners and growing existing accounts. You will make a tremendous impact in our organization and be recognized and rewarded for your success. Responsibilities: - Meet and exceed revenue and productivity targets - Meet and exceed goals in territory growth, organizational health and customer satisfaction - Focus on hunting for new business, while growing a group of existing accounts - Grow and develop a team of qualified, high-potential sales professionals - Coach your team in effective sales strategies, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning - Accurately forecast and report on team activities - Develop relationships with clients ensuring your team's continued success - Help grow and maintain a healthy partner ecosystem to drive sales, technology adoption and the successful deployments Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: - 3+ years' experience building and leading high performing sales team for a SaaS, Networking or Technology sales environment - University degree, College diploma, or equivalent - Proven track record of exceeding revenue, growth targets & strategic objectives - Exceptional management skills including: team building, coaching, planning and sales facilitation - Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles with senior/executive level decision makers Core Values and Overall Characteristics Sought in all BlueCat employees: Curiosity - We care and inquire about the challenges and needs of our customers Clarity - We keep communication crisp, clear and responsive Collaboration - We win with each other, never alone Transparency - We ensure all relevant information is available - no questions are off limits Ownership - We are responsible and accountable for getting things done Working at BlueCat allows you to challenge yourself every day.
