International Recruitment Officer (South East Asia) Student Recruitment About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and target driven individual to drive our international student recruitment within the South East Asia region. This is an opportunity to make an important contribution to a fast growing organisation with ambitious plans to become a leading provider of higher education, both within the UK and internationally. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be developing and managing channels and key influencers, and delivering against recruitment targets. Implementing a coherent and effective sales approach to market QAHE to support the brand positively and effectively. This role will focus specifically on Ulster University and University of Roehampton partnerships. You will be Representing, networking and exhibiting QAHE overseas on a regular basis (up to 20 weeks of travel a year) About Us The QA Business School provides a range of Business, Management and IT career focused programmes, ranging from Level 3 to Level 7 for Northumbria University, Ulster University and University of Roehampton. Students can choose to study at one of our city centre campuses in either Newcastle, London or Birmingham. The purpose built campuses provide state of the art facilities and our team of academic teaching and support staff have a real passion for all aspects of learning and development. About The Person In conjunction with the Head of International Recruitment and Regional Manager to be responsible for setting the sales targets for the prescribed region, in line with corporate objectives Develop an integrated regional marketing strategy that ensures the full range of recruitment models and channels are represented across and within the regions to maximise income and reduce risk. Develop and maintain strong and effective links with all faculties/schools within institutional partners to provide market insight, identify opportunities for business development, and ensure there is strong support within academic departments for the activities undertaken within the prescribed region. To develop and maintain effective links across partners and stakeholders including embassies, UKTI, British Council, educational institutions, and industry for the allocated region. To develop and manage a range of sales channels including agents, foundation pathway providers and educational partnerships ensuring recruitment opportunities are optimised, monitoring and reporting progress on an ongoing basis. To undertake international travel as and when necessary (anticipated to be 12 -16 weeks per year) in support of the work of QAHE and the achievement of regional recruitment targets. Develop and maintain effective alumni networks in the prescribed region Your Skills & Experience Proven track record of successfully operating in the HE sector in a range of overseas markets. Working within South East Asia is advantageous.
