You'll be responsible providing leadership in the design and delivery of HR IT capabilities across Industrial group sites within the EMEA and APAC regions. This is an opportunity to join an industry leading business who are both forward thinking and proactive which means we'll be looking for the same characteristics in you. In this role, you will report into the IT Services Owner and work with other business and IT roles to ensure the smooth delivery and performance of IT vendor purchased products and services. You will also work closely with the Industrial Groups HR Operations Manager and our Director of HR Global Technology to ensure strategic and architectural alignment for all service-related activities. You're likely to have previous experience in working with cross functional IT teams to design and deliver HR services utilizing best practice and industry standard frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, and CMMI) your ability to operate at a global scale and provide the connection between multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. Key Expertise * BS/BA degree (vocational, professional, or advanced) in the field of Information Technology, Business or Project Management or relevant field of study * Possess considerable experience in a technology based environment with significant managerial/leadership responsibilities * Knowledge of SAP HR related modules is essential * Must have excellent negotiation, organization, co-ordination and team-building skills * Ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement and effectively engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders * Be able to provide leadership, direction and supervision for a culturally diverse, globally located team of professional Our people enjoy tackling interesting technical challenges in a culture where everyone trusts each other.
