Job Description
CMD Recruitment is working with a leading multi-discipline agricultural engineering organisation. Due to growth now require a Parts Advisor who has a real passion for agricultural machinery to help support their existing Team based at our client's depot in Huntley. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of agricultural parts supporting both internal and external customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join one of the best award-winning employers within Wiltshire. You will enjoy working in a company that values and appreciates their employees and who has maintained their family ethos for over 100 years. The Role: * Fielding enquiries from a large customer base, both in person and over the phone * Ordering parts from suppliers, ensuring they are received and stored correctly * Supplying parts to external and internal customers in a timely manner * Dealing with deliveries, uploading and price checking * Stock checks and audits as necessary * Supporting engineers and customers with agricultural parts and technical advice * Ensuring the efficient and successful delivery of parts Key Skills and Requirements: * Excellent telephone manner and comfortable dealing with customers * Sound knowledge of agricultural machinery spare parts * A passion for agricultural machinery * Strong IT literacy skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Be self-motivated and able to work well as part of a team * A Full Driving Licence - essential In return our client is offering a long-term career progression within a company where hard work is valued and rewarded, also you will have the Company Benefits which include: Lots of overtime, Yearly Bonuses, Pension, Employee Share Scheme, Staff Discounts
