Job Introduction The job holder is primarily responsible for acting as a coordination point between engineers, operational management, suppliers, the scheduling team and DWP to ensure the smooth delivery of Fire and Security service works within the UK. Administration support for larger Installation will also be required. The job holder will administer additional operational support as required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operational team as well as providing support to regional engineers, Operational Management and the wider business as required. Main Responsibilities * Working with Management & Operations to ensure the smooth delivery of service to DWP (Department Work and Pensions) * Processing and coordination of information relating to DWP * Installation package support * Standard risk assessment paperwork * Invoice Approvals * Process Ad Hoc income * General administration duties as necessary * Customer and operational MI and reporting * Regional engineer support (absence tracking / training records) * Order Ad-Hoc equipment
