Job Description

The Role As a Partner Development Manager, Cloud - EMEA, you will be the primary point of contact to manage relationships and provide technical solutions with Megaport's cloud partners. You will act as the voice and trusted advisor of our Cloud Partners across Europe both internally and externally to develop a strong understanding of their business requirements. Working across teams, you will leverage your close cloud relationships, project management and leadership skills to drive cloud interconnection growth across the region. Your experience in working with large organisations, particular in cloud, will be coordinating and executing on go to market plans to ensure the long term success of our partners. What you'll be doing * Be our partners champion, developing relationships to build a deep understanding of their team, infrastructure, plans and customer base * Become a trusted expert with each cloud platform to provide operational and technical advice around cloud networking. * Channel partner feedback to Cloud Product Management to ensure the best experience and assist in prioritising product requirements by communicating partner needs and impact * Establish a regular cadence for monthly, Quarterly Business Review (QBR) partner meetings * Develop and promote joint solution awareness within the wider Cloud partner network including their end user customer base and strategic Managed Service Provider partners * Develop & deliver training in combination with both cloud partner's own training, online, and in person * Travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time What we are looking for * Bachelor Degree or equivalent practical experience * A minimum of 3 years experience in a client facing sales engineer network role or equivalent * Experience in developing, maintaining and strengthening business relationships * Fundamental knowledge in two or more of the following: networking ideally in cloud including network problems, NAT and IP protocols * Ability to articulate complex technical topics and turn these into simple, easy to understand solutions * Entrepreneurial, self motivated and a team player with a sense of humour * Expert communication, presentation, and time management skills * Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time What we offer * Creative, fun, and contemporary workspaces * Motivated team of industry experts and new talent * Flexible working environments with the ability to do your job from anywhere * Cutting-edge software to drive efficient communication and collaboration * Training and development opportunities * Celebrated success with 'Legend' and 'Kudos' Awards * Health and wellness program and full social calendar * Opportunity to make a difference All applications will be treated in confidence.
