The BrightTALK Webinar Program manager plays a vital role in helping our clients achieve success and reach their content goals by serving as the client's Webinar Services "right hand" on BrightTALK. A Program Manager keeps clients on track with their content cadence and flawless event execution, handles event servicing details, provides coordination and guidance on webinar planning, removing the stress out of planning and running webinars and showcasing content on BrightTALK. The Webinar Program Manager is also a valuable liaison between the client and our internal teams, helping communications and planning streamlined and easy to execute both internally and externally. Key responsibilities include: * Serve as project manager for select Webinar Services clients, approached from a programmatic level, ensuring all serviced events are scheduled, calendared for Webinar Services assistance, and timelines and cadence adhered in an organized manner * Ensure content is optimized and showcased in its best light, to raise the content profile on BrightTALK * Communicate with client regularly around the scheduling and planning of Serviced content, responding accurately and rapidly to any changes or issues that may surface from the time of booking through to the completion of each event * Import content from outside of BrightTALK and/or syndication or modification of content, often adding the content to lead campaigns for our demand generation clients * Monitor and drive revenue fulfillment for your book of clients, and stay apprised of team revenue targets in order to drive monthly revenue as a team * You will audit Salesforce service lines for your clients to ensure services are delivered on a monthly basis, communicating any revenue adjustments needed in order to recognize the revenue. * Identify issues or pain points both internal and external, providing strategic guidance and solutions to improve the client experience and/or lessen their burden in planning and running their webinars * Inspire clients to create engaging content on BrightTALK Identify opportunities beyond existing Webinar Services clients, to grow our WS book of business Ideal skills and experience: * Excellent project management skills * High attention to detail * Ability to juggle multiple projects on different timelines with efficiency, accuracy and grace * Professional and relaxed demeanor, with a keen ability to empathize with and understand the various client and personality types you'll interact with in a given day * Creative approach to problem solving * Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations for innovation and improvement * Agile and quick to adapt to myriad software solutions and collaboration/communication tools * Strong communication skills * Innovative and inventive thinker * Ability to interpret and simplify client requests and needs in order to simply and clearly convey them to the Webinar Services technicians and team members (for Service requests, support needs, etc.) * Quick to identify when a client need extends beyond the Webinar Services team, redirecting the client as needed to the team or individual best positioned to assist * Experience with Salesforce, live content platforms and editing software a plus * Functioning understanding of marketers, and marketing and sales objectives As part of the Webinar Services team, you will be responsible for client program success for all Serviced Webinars and content hosting performed as Program Manager. You will be organized, detailed, professional and able to manage multiple programs at different phases of execution at once. You'll be diligent in ensuring details around planned content are accurate, concise and clearly communicated. When issues arise, you'll be responsive and reassuring, providing options for Serviced solutions and/or notifying the appropriate internal teams, such as our own team, Customer Success, Support, Sales and/or other relevant teams as relevant. You'll be innovative in your approach to client management, team initiatives and Program Management as a service. You will work closely and primarily with Webinar Services team members, Customer Success, Sales, Support and SalesOps. You will need to be professional, positive, reassuring and creative in your approach to clients and internal teams.
