Job Description

We are working with a UK manufacturer to source an experienced Engineering Manager with an electrical background to join their site. The position will involved monitoring, reporting and driving all activities undertaken by the Electrical, Maintenance and Cold End Engineering Teams, as part of the Management team you will participate in shaping the focus of the plant. The Candidate * Experience within a process manufacturing environment * Managed a multi-function team * Relevant Engineering Qualification at degree level * Project Management, Management of budgets and Change management experience * CI/Lean experience would be advantageous Salary is up to £55k dependent on experience plus Private Medical insurance, Life insurance, and Wellness Programmes
