Job Description
Position: VP, Sales - Engineering Services Job Description: eInfochips, an Arrow company, is a leading global provider of product engineering and semiconductor design services. With over 500+ products developed and 40M deployments in 140 countries, eInfochips continues to fuel technological innovations in multiple verticals. The company's service offerings include digital transformation and connected IoT solutions across various cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure. We are currently seeking to appoint Head of Sales of Engineering Services who will take responsibility for planning and execution of our ambitious growth plans in EMEA region. It is a brand new role and it will suit an experienced sales leader with outstanding entrepreneurial skills, track record of success in selling engineering services, network of contacts at and above C-level across multiple industries and locations and superb people leadership skills. The role can be based in Germany or UK and will be combined with 50%+ travel across Europe. Role requirements: * previous experience in selling and managing teams selling engineering services * start-up mentality and capabilities combined with previous experience of working with and for large matrixed organizations * experience of leading and building teams and business * ability and willingness to actively grow customer base in EMEA and support team in achieving assigned sales targets * strong track record of C+ level interactions and business engagements * solid commercial acumen combined with analytical skills Location: Putzbrunn, Germany (Michael-Haslbeck-Strae) Time Type: Full time Job Category: Executive Management
