We are looking for a highly organised, driven and motivated individual, who has a strong desire to assist in the pre-sales stages and assist in closing deals of all shapes and sizes. You will have a strong technical background, coupled with excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be used to providing high-quality support across a range of technology and services. You will be an experienced Pre-Sales Specialist looking to further your skills and industry knowledge or a Technical Support Specialist with a sound understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, who is looking to move into a more commercially focussed role. Experience in the PR, Media & Entertainment or other fast-paced / ever changing sectors would be a bonus. You will connect with each business function, including; Sales, Customer Success, Product and Data-Science and you will be given the opportunity to explore different facets of Signal, both commercial and operational. At the same time, you'll be given a full introduction to the world of start-ups, giving you an amazing insight into the Digital, Technological and Professional Services industries. The day to day responsibilities - What will you be doing? As the Pre-Sales Support Specialist you will be the go-to person in the organisation for all things pre-sales. You will be the product expert throughout the trial process and ensure that prospects and trialists get the best out of Signal. You will assist in the management of trials from the initial discovery stage throughout the entire selling cycle when trialists become paying clients. Along the way you will assist with; account edits, complex technical support, bug investigations, publication cross-referencing and anything else product related. All while maintaining strong, effective and collaborative relationships with the Account Executives as well as the trialist. At the same time, you will be involved in preparing for pitches, tenders and RFPs. In addition to this, you will be pivotal in driving our self-serve model and ensuring that at all times we are pushing our educational materials at all opportunities. Responsibilities include: * Assisting in the management of trials including; account edits, complex technical support, bug investigations / diagnosis, publication cross-referencing, etc * Working closely with the Account Executives on proposals and pitches for new business * Sitting in on calls and attending meetings with Account Executives and acting as a technical expert * Working closely and collaboratively with trialists to devise effective solutions using the Signal platform * Leading the capture of requirements throughout the trial and maintaining feedback loops once a trial has finished. Liaising directly with the Customer Success and Product & Tech teams * Assisting with scoping, tenders and RFPs to ensure technical questions are answered effectively * Working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure an effective handover once a trialist becomes a client * Educating trialists on the platform and training effectively so they can self-serve * Representing the company in a professional manner and building good relationships with trialists to the company's benefit * Always being on the lookout for ways to streamline and improve our pre-sales offering Requirements Knowledge, skills and experience - What does it take to be successful? * Previous experience in a Pre-Sales or Technical Support role * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-
