So, what does the job involve? Working within a close-knit team of Nurses and Carers, you'll be responsible for the health and wellbeing of residents, applying sound clinical judgement to manage a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions. You will lead and enable colleagues to provide outstanding, evidence-based, individualised nursing care, regularly updating person-centred care plans. We will expect you to demonstrate strong leadership and clinical excellence within the nursing team; role modelling and promoting best practice in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care and other essential clinical interventions. You'll proactively engage in the development of Nurses. Trainee Nursing Associates and Healthcare Assistants, improving the skills and confidence of the team to ensure clinical excellence is delivered in line with the company's standards and those of our regulators.
