Job Description

Overall Purpose of the Post: A, To provide specialist support the TiC/RBM to: 1. To support a LA integrated provision on a primary/secondary school site. This could be directed to be at any of the 12 Resources Bases managed by SENSS. 2. Support pupils with profound SEMH/CIAT 3. Support the SEN processes and the graduated response for pupils attending resource base 4. Ensuring the safeguarding pupils in conjunction with the host school 5. Support the management of specialist technology for resource pupils 6. Support the implementation of identified interventions 7. Support on collaborative practise with the whole school 8. Support on the health and safety audit of the environment 9. Support the development of inclusive policies alongside the host school 10. Support staff training for resource and the host school in the identified specialism 11. Support the implementation of effective working practices to reflect national and regional guidance and initiatives 12. Support monitoring/evaluating systems to measure the impact of inclusion and targeted interventions 13. Support parental engagement systems/processes for all 14.
