Our client is looking for a Wedding Specialist:


Responsibilities


- Coordinating, and overseeing the setup and service of all wedding functions.

- Inspecting room setups to ensure proper presentation and standards are being met

- Working with the Wedding Planners, Wedding Banquet Supervisor, Wedding Stewards and the service team to continuously improve standards of wedding presentation and service to maximize client and attendee satisfaction

- Ensuring strict sequence of service with respect to timing, coordinated delivery and clearing of food and beverage.

- Guiding and coaching team members in wedding events service standards. 


Requirements


- High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma

- Food Handler’s permit

- A minimum of Three years’ experience in fine dining restaurants and ability to maintain the highest level of standards.
