Our client is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist:


Responsibilities:


- Deliver high quality candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing and pipelining methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives in partnership with Recruiters and Hiring managers.

- Plans and maintains Referral Program ensuring referral contribution according to hiring needs, through onsite events, employee engagement and POCs involvements.

- Sources and identifies talent that is found through traditional active sourcing channels and partnerships.

- Manage candidate inquiries on social media and job boards.

- Ensure recovery and conversion rate of leads into viable applicants from all established sources.


Requirements:


- Bachelor’s Degree or College Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field is required.

- 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a role including recruiting responsibilities.

- Experience in a call center environment is a plus, but not required.

- Experience with ICIMS or similar applicant tracking system is desired.
