Job Description
The Position The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) is responsible for aligning partner value to customer accounts with the Sales Organization in the UK Market. The PSM drives partner sourced and influenced license business around Adobe's Digital Marketing solutions, as well As working with the regional sales leadership and their partner portfolio to build a partner strategy aligned with their focus verticals. This position will be based out of London. What you'll do * Focus on deepening relationships with the Adobe Sales Organization and qualify new relevant partners for future growth * Understand and present the Adobe Digital Marketing Cloud value proposition and the Adobe partner program values * Develops an overall Partner Territory Plan for the Sales Team that includes Partner Marketing, Partner Sales Plays, and overall Partner Score Cards for the territory * Align Partner Sourced Opportunities from Partner Account Plans to incorporate into overall Customer Account Plans * Manages sales and partner relationships within accounts * Works with Sales Team to identify appropriate partner to leverage in the co-sell process * Aligns Partner(s) within an account to the sales team * Works with the ISE and ADM to build partner pipeline of opportunities * Supports growth Adobe Services business through partnership with Adobe PS and Partners * Monitor partner contribution through pipeline generation, lead generation events, partner and territory business plans to grow Adobe revenue in this territory * Support partners in the tender processes * Align partners with the Adobe sales team to increase the selling effectiveness of the field sales teams * Increase Adobe license revenue through sourcing new deals and co-selling with partners in existing customers * Shorten sales cycles by leveraging partner influence * Align the partner strategy with the Adobe marketing initiatives * Regular reviews and updates with the Adobe sales manager(s) and team to ensure proper partner alignment * Lead generation activities, event support and tracking in sync with Adobe marketing What you need to succeed * Bachelor degree required, higher qualification is a plus * At least 3 years of experience with alliances and partners in particular Global System Integrators and Global Agencies. * Direct or indirect ales experience also beneficial * Track record of developing and growing partner business in the UK market * Abilities to engage up to C-level executives within the partners * Software company experience, agency or SI/Agency background is a plus * Good knowledge of the BI/CRM and Digital Transformation business * Autonomy and creative spirit, self-starter, existing contact network * Team spirit * Honesty and transparency At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
