Job Description

Our client, a market leading retailer are looking to hire a Risk & Compliance Team Manager-BSA, AML. The role involves leading a team of Analysts and Investigators to ensure transactional, payment, compliance under BSA (Bank Secrecy Act), AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know your customer/client). This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, Risk & Compliance Manager within a challenging, fast-moving, market leading online retail transactions environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, Leading projects to implement controls covering, related to BSA, AML, KYC, Financial Crime and other areas of transactional risk management and payments compliance. Management and motivation-Supervising, coordinating and directing a team of Risk & Compliance analysts to ensure projects and controls are implemented to a high quality, efficiently and to deadline. Ensure a proactive approach of yourself and team, to ensure the business meets any industry changes or regulatory compliance changes to ensure continuing compliance with BSA (Bank Secrecy Act), AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know your customer/client) and relating risks Creating and monitoring reports for suspicious transactions, activity-which could present a variety of Risks, and reports to track Anti-Money Laundering, AML Assist in regulatory reporting-which could include OFAC, SAR, among others Offering compliance guidance, training and experience to internal departments, colleagues and relevant parties in other compliance areas when needed SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE, Previous AML, Anti-Money Laundering, KYC, Enhanced Due Diligence, BSA, Bank Secrecy Act, Financial Crime, Compliance experience Substantial people, team, management experience is essential Track record of leading, managing a team meet and succeed targets in a fast-moving, online transactional risk environment A Bachelor's degree would be highly desirable CAMS certification would be highly desirable Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp.
