Where can you help build better communities? We are currently seeking a Part Time Cleaning Operative - Weekends being based at MOD Northwood, to join Skanska Cleaning Team responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site in the 24 hours Operational building. These positions are for 10 hours over the weekend - 5 on Saturday , 5 on Sunday. You'll: Be responsible for delivering a high standard cleaning performance, good timekeeping skills as well as excellent attendance record Ensure that you adhere to company policies, procedures and legislation regarding cleaning, hygiene and health and safety Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in a safe working order Have knowledge and understanding of the cleaning area, cleaning procedures and time allocated to the area Have knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used within the premises To deal with any issues that fall within the job holder's duties and report as needed to the Cleaning Deputy Manager We're looking for: The successful candidate will have excellent communication and people skills and be able to demonstrate experience in a cleaning role. You will also have a strong knowledge and appreciation of the importance of complying with Health and Safety standards in a work environment.
