Job Description

My client are a leading restoration company that have been trading for over 25 years, working on various grade 1 and 2 listed buildings. Their packages of work do vary, from small £100k projects, right up to £3.5million contracts. Whats niche about this player is all of their work is straight into PCSA negotiation with their clients and no principle contractor involvement. Duties and responsibilities include: Responsible for several restoration packages, reporting into the Contracts Director Drive production and installation programmes and responsible for creating specific interface programmes Monitor, review and response to direct reports in relation to the package Review and acceptance of all RAMS and insuring health and safety on site Maintain close relations with clients and authorities, as well as designers, consultants and other specialist contractors Support the pre-construction and construction teams in all aspects of restoration, including procurement and construction Manage changes to the design whilst being mindful of budgetary requirements Maintain awareness of contractual obligations of both the head and sub contract Depending on the calibre of the candidate, my client would look to pay up £85k plus generous package.
