Job Description
What you're going to do: Be part of a new team to develop automated release and configuration management tools for a build pipeline for our in-house C++, C# and python development projects. Beyond completion of the development you will have the opportunity to independently take ownership of the further development of the tools to increase the quality and maturity of our development environment. What you are: * A proficient python developer with a solid understanding of Linux * A fan of automating, along with the technology groups, the 'path to production', to multiple environments * Experienced in integrating development and operational processes so that they are low touch and considered to be a value-add * Understand how to get the best out of tools (e.g. Octopus, TeamCity, Jira) * Relish building great-looking and easy-to-use web based front-ends * Take pride in solid, lean, effective solutions that people enjoy utilising What we offer: * A great engineering environment whereby technology is key to our success * Fast growing global firm with plenty of opportunity where you will have significant impact * The upside of a start-up without the associated risks * Great friendly, informal and highly rewarding culture * Informal dress code, loads of social events, etc.
