Intern- Renewable Energy Investments, London, 6-month contract with high chance to turn into a permanent role, 24,000 p.a. pro rata The opportunity This is an exciting new role in a high growth, international renewable energy investment firm managing private equity and listed investment funds. We are looking for a high-quality graduate with some commercial investment experience to join the investor relations team of a leading solar energy investment fund. If you prove successful for the duration of your internship, there is high chance that you may be offered a permanent role within the company. Key responsibilities * Identifying and researching prospective investors * Conducting both competitor and geographic analysis * Helping with roadshows, investor meetings, ensuring team members are effective with their schedule * Assist with investor outreach initiatives, liaising with internal teams to coordinate these * Preparation of meeting briefing notes, internal progress updates and post meeting follow up materials * Quality control of CRM, ensuring insights and information is updated, analysed and meaningfully used * Selected support with fundraising PPM's, Investor materials and investor queries * Participation in LP meetings The person * High calibre recent graduate with a first-class academic background from a top university. * Some relevant work experience within investor relations for an investment fund or placement agent * Strong knowledge / interest in the renewable energy sector * Very strong interpersonal and sales skills, ability to learn quickly and achieve in a fast-moving team. * Highly advanced English language skills, comfortable crafting eloquent and succinct messages. * Able to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders. * Fluent English with additional European languages useful. * Able to work in London full time. Remuneration 24,000 p.a. pro rata
