Job Description
Change Lead Permanent 37 Hours Warwick About us and the role We are looking for someone experienced in managing and implementing change across large and complex organisations at a time of huge disruption. We are at the end of a two year transformation process where we are now implementing the agreed changes. We've already done some big things, delivering some whole organisation system changes doing that as people and culture programmes not as IT programmes. Covid-19 brings us additional challenges in not only delivering our services but reinstating those that paused and understanding that some things are changed forever. Our recovery work over the next 12 months and longer will support our services to customers, our organisational structure, our local communities and our local economy. We are doing things none of us ever thought possible or have experienced before. You'll understand successful change is disruptive, focusing on what this means for people and with a track record of delivering change in a people focused way. It's important you have a track record in change management, you understand public service and you're prepared to work in an agile and flexible way.
