As an ABAC Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that secure, effective systems and reliable reporting mechanisms are provided with training to support the collection of internal and external integrity concerns and support the investigations activities across businesses. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: * Delivery of multiple ABAC (Anti-Bribery and Corruption) CoE projects through cross functional teams for multiple, global business units. * Drive understanding of the opportunity and risk of the projects and manage the change through appropriate GEC governance. * Work with relevant Subject Matter Experts to ensure policies, procedures and practices continue to comply with legislative and regulatory developments. * Create the required assets to deliver the change, including any policies, processes, controls, monitoring capabilities, key risk indicators and learning assets. * Manage project stakeholders across multiple business units, functions and areas of expertise. * Engage the impacted community in the project through GEC and business communication channels. * Manage operational activities to support the identification and operation of current risk programmes such as the creation and reporting of key risk indicators, producing monitoring capabilities and reports, identifying new opportunities risk management and assisting in the writing of reports for Governance Boards. * Assist in the creation and improvement of Ethics and Risk project management standards and use these standards to deliver the projects. * Work on other ABAC CoE workstreams Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: * Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience * Experience working in risk management across global, complex organisations. * Experience writing formal documents such as policies, procedures, learning assets and formal reports. * Excellent English language writing skills * Management experience in ABAC risk management. * 2+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry, legal or business consulting, with risk assessment, documentation and evaluation of internal controls. * Experience working in MS-Office applications, specifically Excel to analyse data. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: * Capability to plan and deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously through individual and team work. * Demonstrated capability to learn at pace, delivering while learning and managing ambiguity during delivery. * Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deal with multiple assignments. * Capability to understand and assess processes and business activities and clearly communicate their risks. * Demonstrated ability in interacting with all staff including to top level management, preferably in multi-national matrix organizations * Experience leading matrix teams for complex projects * Demonstrated strong ability to form conclusions based on facts and data, leading others in complex discussions in order gain agreement and drive action.
