Third Party Sales, Supply Chain Divestments Manager - Secondment / Fixed Term Contract GSK have a challenging and inspiring mission: to improve the quality of human life by enabling people to do more, feel better and live longer. The Third Party Sales Supply Chain Divestments Manager is responsible to support the programs driving significant supply chain transformation required as a result of selling assets through GSK initiatives. This role will be the global strategic conduit within Supply Chain, Corporate Legal, Business Development and the Commercial LOCs teams aligning over a dozen different central function to successfully deliver GSK divestment activity. This role will: * Manage the delivery of any business development activity impacting Third Party Sales * Support PSC Business Development and Corporate Development teams by managing separation planning and identification of risks, issues and mitigation plans * Provide functional logistics and distribution support in divestments activity * Represent the functional interest in strategy determination, through due diligence to integration completion * Develop relationships across the GSK organization and with relevant external stakeholders to deliver the above. * Manage process design and issue resolution associated with Third Party Sales * Bring functional expertise on market/customer requirements for logistics and distribution process design * Ensure the appropriate standards are delivered to meet the business requirement Key Responsibilities include: * Development of Third Party Sales vision which arise through divestment initiatives * Support due diligence as required * Influence understanding of distribution requirements as part of business development strategy and contract setting - ensure all business development and divestment contracts can be supported by GSK's logistics and distribution processes * Project Manage using standard divestment approach * On time delivery of all functional milestones * Appropriate risk management and duty optimization * Stakeholder management and communication across internal and external stakeholders * Resource allocation alignment * Ensure the appropriate standards are delivered to meet the business requirement Successful management of complex programs and large project teams * Ensure a clear and accountable handover to operations once steady state is achieved CLOSING DATE for Applications: Monday 29th June Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert. This will help us to understand any modifications we may need to make to support you throughout our selection process Minimum Requirements: * Experience within logistics/distribution experience * Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) * Understanding of financial transactions around billing, tolling and transfer pricing * Experience in supply chain business development activities * Highly effective change management and problem resolution skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working in a multi-cultural environment * Influencing skills: Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization and the ability to demonstrate managing to influence * Capable to strong project management expertise and strong commitment to continuous improvement * Process management skills - ability to define and deliver new ways of working based on GSK and (distribution) industry best practice * Ability to work off own initiative * Analytical skills * Strategic thinking while recognizing and resolving local business needs with GSK strategic direction * Sound working knowledge of distribution technologies and innovative solutions (e.g. Cool chain solutions About GSK: At GSK, our mission is to improve the quality of human life by enabling people to do more, feel better and live longer.
