Job Description
Closing date for internal applications: 20th May 2020 Reporting to the UK Delivery Operations Manager, this person will provide analytical and day to day operational support on the ongoing performance and scalability of UK Restaurant Delivery Services (RDS). The successful candidate will need to feel comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment. Diving deep to uncover facts, identify, quantify root causes and combining relevant internal as well as competitive data to aid the Delivery Operations Manager and wider stakeholders in identifying emerging issues, proposing solutions and tracking results. This candidate will have a keen interest in continuous data and process driven operational improvement . Key responsibilities: * Working closely with UK Delivery Operations Manager to support in managing the performance of our delivery network in the UK * Help drive a structured, consistent and data driven performance management of partners and provide clarity and visibility of performance to various stakeholders * Support optimisation of key business processes to continuously improve the delivery experience and improve efficiency and effectiveness * Working closely with the strategic account management team, Just Eat's customer care team, business intelligence team, and delivery partners to investigate problem orders to identify their root cause(s) and whenever possible, identifying trends and proactively eliminate/reduce re-occurrences * Proactively suggest relevant data analysis to enable deeper operational insights Required skills and experience * Highly organised, detail-oriented and possess superior analytical skills * Strong Excel, Powerpoint and SQL skills.
