Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group has partnered with a leading global organisation with a diverse service offering, to recruit a Finance Business Partner who is looking to further their career within a fast paced organisation. The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for reporting on financial performance for key business area, working closely with business wide stakeholders. What the role will involve: * Responsibility for developing, enhancing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, this includes collating budget and forecast build-ups, discussing relevant MI and taking a lead in supporting their accounting requirements; * Ensure delivery of timely and accurate business facing financials (budgets, forecasts, management accounts and ad-hoc requirements for financial/other information); * Pricing for contract amendments to suit the dynamic delivery of the contract. Including financial modelling, documenting and testing / challenging stakeholders to ensure operational delivery method is robust; * Responsibility for the timely and accurate production of all contract Balance Sheet reconciliations; * Responsibility for the preparation of accurate and timely customer billing and associated billing plans, ensuring working capital cycles are minimised; * Responsibility for the production and presentation of the contracted reporting requirements; * Presentation of financial information for management accounts, forecasts, budgets, strategic plan etc. * To lead financial input into the month end process for each relevant contract; * Finance lead for bids and rebids where appropriate; * Primary point of contact for internal and external auditors in their review of contract performance and associated data. Suitable candidate: * Part - newly qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) * Experience of project month end accounting desirable * Exposure to bids and pricing desirable * Progressive, personable and demonstrable commercial awareness * High level of IT proficiency with MS Excel and a large ERP system such as SAP Please note that although CMA are actively reviewing applications for this role, given the current situation the client recruitment process may take longer than usual.
