On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a TM1 Developer for an initial six month contract based in Fareham. Purpose of the Role: We are currently recruiting a Finance Systems Developer on an initial 6 months contract basis within our UK Finance Projects and Systems Team. This is an exciting opportunity to design, develop and support a transition project for an existing TM1 financial planning and reporting tool into the IBM Planning Analytics Cloud environment. As a TM1 Developer you will be responsible for: Play a critical part in the build and roll out of the new models. Support and review the Systems Analysts approach with the design, development and implementation of Planning Analytics whilst adhering to internal controls. Identify process or system improvements and develop solutions to improve efficiency. Ensure systems diagrams, processes and desk top procedures are fully documented. Assess requirements for user reports and spreadsheets to be remediated and provide remediation prior to roll out. Play an active role in the design and implementation of the System Provide training to application users across Finance Support user acceptance testing, resolving queries and defects. What we require from the candidate: Understanding of database design and build methodology Understanding of project management processes Highly computer literate particularly in TM1, Planning Analytics, PAx and PAW Experience of building and interrogation of OLAP Technologies Experience of relational database design and build. Excellent numeracy and analytical skills Strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Outgoing approach and willingness to adapt to changing environments Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure Ability to understand business requirements and translate into process or system deliverables This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
