Finance and HR Manager Fareham £35 - 40k We are working with a successful and growing design and manufacture business who are looking to recruit an experienced Finance and HR Manager with responsibility for running of the accounts, payroll and HR functions of the company. The successful candidate will be/have: AAT qualified or equivalent CIPD qualified or equivalent Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll experience A proven track record in a similar role for a SME Manufacturing business. Responsibilities Preparation of accounts, bank reconciliations and foreign bank transaction Completion of month end accounts, balance sheets, profit and loss and trial balances Preparing budgets and forecasts Preparing Cash Flow/Cash Projections Preparing group figures Managing payroll for weekly and monthly staff Producing P45's, P60's, P11d's, RTI, VAT returns, Intrastat and EC Sales etc Manage the company's Pension Scheme, Death in Service Plan and Insurances Screening job applicants Preparing interview packs Providing advice, support and guidance to colleagues around topics such as disciplinaries, conflict and grievance solutions Responsible for the Employee Handbook, GDPR, policies and procedures Responsible for the upkeep of confidential Personnel Records and documents General office management - including responsibility for a Sales Administrator.
