Job Description
Role: Multi-Media Creative Location: London ROLE MISSION Working in partnership with our client, the Multi-Media Creative will help with the creation and delivery of our digital content, photography and video comms solutions for a variety of liquor brands. THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF... You are someone who is passionate about creating and delivering content that is engaging with the wider audience. ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING You'll be joining a medium on-site team, working closely with the creative and production team in both ideation and execution of high-quality still and moving image content for social and digital platforms. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE * Attending client and PPM meetings and liaising directly with the client to review status of all on-going projects. * Applying a solid understanding of the production process for digital photography and video creation (live action). * Assisting in the development of photography and video projects and managing them independently including hands-on production tasks revolved around product, lifestyle and internal comms shoots. * Assist the on-site Producer with accurate production budgets and finance processes (PO creation, invoicing etc...). * Shooting a variety of different still and moving image projects (from small to medium scale). * Overseeing in-house post-production of both still and moving image projects. * Deliver final assets and wrap up projects. * Organising and archiving photography and video assets. * Desirable but not essential: * Creating 2D motion graphics working alongside graphic designers within brand guidelines. WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL * Ideally 4+ years proven track record within a production agency or production company. * Ability to gain respect, trust and confidence of senior management, partners and clients. * Experience/knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar editing software is essential. * Experience in understanding marketing objectives, becoming brand immersed and how the use of digital media can support marketing requirements. * Proven expertise in using video, stills and audio equipment. * Proven ability in lighting techniques. * Proven ability to turn around high quality video content and stills. * Solid understanding of the strengths and limitations of various digital channels. * Good understanding of codecs and encoding for a wide variety of platforms.
