Job Description

Stobhill Hospital and the North East Sector require a Maintenance Technician (Plumber) as part of the team to carry out reactive and preventative maintenance within the hospital building. You will be a time served tradesman qualified to HNC/HND level or alternatively be able to demonstrate equivalent practical experience through vocational qualifications as well as previous working history. While the primary role is to be to carry out plumbing tasks, you will be part of a multi-skilled technical team and will be responsible for the delivery of specialist technical services for a wide range of duties in relation to the maintenance of building services. This includes the installation and maintenance of plumbing and HVAC equipment. It is essential that you accept a wide range of cross trade duties to deliver a high standard of service.
