For more information, check out www.fieldcore.com **Description** + This role is pivotal to the quality of the work undertaken by FieldCore and takes first line responsibility. + The role is a hands-on position with the primary responsibility for WTG maintenance activities (both + corrective and preventative activities). Our reputation is built on the foundation of our core values, + Integrity, EHS, Quality, we also offer Career progression, reward and recognition which are central to + FieldCore Fulfillment 5 model. **Project Information:** + Merkur Wind park consists of 66 Haliade* 150 6MW Direct Drive WTG's. The site is located 45 + Kilometers off the German coast. Mob and Demob will be from Eeshaven Netherlands. Work + Rotation is 14 days on 14 days off, working 12hrs/day. During rotation, appropriate free on-site + accommodation and meals will be provided on SOV Vessel. **Key Role** + Field operational support for Corrective and Preventative maintenance of wind turbine generator. + Lead team or Liaise with Operational team lead + Keep records, maintain documentation and report as required by company policy and procedures + Deploy appropriate company health, safety, environment and quality processes for the business utilizing + industry best practice. + Site inventory control to ensure business objectives are delivered effectively and efficiently + Participate as a key team member promoting initiatives to improve Wind Turbine component + performance whilst ensuring quality and functionality. + Strong leadership qualities, Fluent communication skills, + Participate in continuous improvement process and implement all improvement activities which relate to + area of responsibility. + Maintain company tooling and equipment to perform planned activities. + Ensure periodic maintenance and repairs are made to equipment/tooling and company equipment. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Physically fit & Confident at working at Heights and working in a Marine Environment + Team player, cooperative, interested in further development. + Ability to communicate at all levels. + Ability to work performing fault finding & diagnostic analyses and repair of wind turbine generator + systems, independently & as team member. + Confident communicator capable of articulating the FieldCore business requirements. + Self-motivated individual, able to work on own initiative and take appropriate decisions. Ability to work + under pressure. + Be prepared to share in the personal challenges that develop from building a new business opportunity + through to delivery + Experienced in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, with an attention to detail + Demonstrates high standards of safety, considering the implications of his actions to himself and others + Able to follow and compile daily, weekly, monthly technical reports + Ability and willingness to travel as required to fulfill business needs + Strong I.T Skills ''Excel & Word'' familiarization of control modules + Flexibility to carry out the necessary duties to complete the task efficiently and in a timely Manner + Full driving licence **Education, Qualifications, and Experience** + Country recognised Qualification or equivalent in Mechanical, Hydraulic or Electrical Engineering fields + Full GWO WAH and Offshore sea survival + Avanti Lift training, Palfinger Crane Training & VCA level 2 will be advantageous. + Proven track record working on similar WTG's platform would be desirable We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and vets.
