Job Description

North West CMHT Team Manager ( Band 7 ) We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Community Mental Health Team Manager post leading our North West Manchester CMHT team. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills who is enthusiastic and motivated to support the senior leadership team in North Manchester with the aim of ensuring our teams offer safe, effective and high quality services to our service users and carers. The successful candidate will be an experienced nurse or allied health professional who will relish working within the vibrant and challenging environment that comes with managing services within Manchester. The highly motivated individual will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary service managing completing demands to support staff in delivering the best care possible North West CMHT offers great opportunities to continue your career progression with regular supervision, CPD sessions and training. We are focused on staff wellbeing, offering clinical and line management supervision sessions. The North West CMHT are also due to move to newly refurbished premises within the city and this will lead to added opportunities to expand on the well-being offer to staff and assist in developing further the CMHT as a friendly and supportive place to work.
