Job Description

Working closely with your regional colleagues in the Quality Support Team and Change Grown Live's independent CQC consultant the role combines the provision of quality assurance support and advice to services for external facing reports and notifications, whilst also working alongside regional leadership teams to support quality improvement planning and initiatives. You'll be involved in helping to identify systemic learning that informs organisational intelligence and recognising when policies and procedures aren't working and may be increasing risk to the organisation and/or service users. In addition to your regional responsibilities there will be opportunities to get involved at a national level and contribute to policy development to improve practice through the use of efficient and effective tools that improve the experience of staff and people that use our services. Looking for a new experience this is a great developmental opportunity to work within a central team and spend a year working with your regional colleagues and Change Grow Live's independent CQC consultant. The role works alongside the North west's regional leadership team to support quality improvement planning, as well as providing quality assurance support and advice to services for external facing reports and notifications.
