Clementine Churchill Hospital has 121 patient rooms, five theatres, level 3 Intensive care unit, an endoscopy suite along with a large outpatient services including minor procedures, where the our vision is to provide safe and effective patient centred care. We are currently recruiting for an experienced and committed Deputy Clinical Services Manager - Theatre to join our Theatre department. We want our patients to continue to have a safe, effective and caring experience therefore the successful candidate will put patient care at the heart of everything they do. As a Clinical Services Manager - Theatre with BMI Healthcare you will plan clinical services for the Operating Department and lead your team to deliver the highest levels of safe peri-operative patient care throughout every stage of their surgery. With a strong background working in an acute hospital setting you will already be a Senior Registered Practitioner/ ODP.You will have experience managing and developing both clinical and non-clinical theatre team members and be able to motivate your staff to achieve CQC standards. You will also be able to demonstrate continual clinical and professional development throughout your theatre career.
