Deputy General Manager

Our client is looking for Deputy General Manager

Qualifications:

CHA certification, Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field are recommended

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record in financial management and operational excellence.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient management.

Maintain high standards of guest service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Implement and monitor policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with the hotel’s strategic goals.

Manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics to achieve financial objectives.

Lead initiatives to improve overall guest experience, from room quality to dining and recreational services.
