Job Description
Service Delivery Manager - MOD. Gloucester. This static based role in Fairford has full responsibility for achieving KPI's on both reactive and planned maintenance performance and compliance (statutory/mandatory and preventative planned maintenance) on the USVF contract. The site team consists of 35 - 40 people; you will have 3-4 direct reports (managers) and there is a direct labour team on site of around 20 engineers. This is relatively new contract (Dec19) and the role will include regular interaction with key stakeholders, monthly reporting to client and managing issues that may present themselves. It is full people management responsibility encompassed within role and they require someone with strong leadership and cultural change management experience preferably within the industry. You will have significant experience in Facilities Management and Estates Maintenance, preferably with experience of operating within an MOD environment. HND/HNC or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent). Knowledge of CDM regulations would be useful as would any sustainability / energy performance knowledge. You will need to undergo baseline clearance before starting.
