Are you a band 5 Occupational Therapist ready to develop to the next stage of your career in a supportive environment? Harrow Integrated Care will give you a unique environment to develop as an occupational therapist at a band 6 level. The service offers training programme and support to develop skills in clinical and people management such as supervision, appraisal staff management and evidence based practice. Working as Occupational Therapists at Harrow Integarated Care provides the opportunity to develop your community occupational therapy assessment and intervention skills whilst working closely with acute and social services to ensure patients receive care in the correct location. Harrow Integrated Care service provided services to Harrow CCG and is split into three locality teams. This post will be located in one of the Harrow localities. The post holder will work closely with the integrated care multidisciplinary team clinicians to develop the service and maintain close working relationships with both acute and community services.
