Job Description

If so, this Reporting & Data Management Lead role could be an exciting opportunity to explore as you will have the possibility to design and deploy our reporting and data strategy globally. We have an exciting new role reporting to our Global Business Insights and Analytics Lead. As the Reporting and Data Management Lead you will ensure we have the right data, at the right time and at the right cost, as well as upscale our reporting and data management system globally, optimising data purchase and relationships with vendors, data management and integration and ultimately our reporting suite enriching content, visualisation and access to data to deliver actionable insights at all levels. You will have a truly global remit which requires not only the ability to effectively manage relationships with teams across different countries but also a good understanding of the differences in terms of technical requirements of the job in different countries. You will enjoy the challenge of problem solving to address effectively strategic business questions and convert it into tools and capabilities to drive insight at all levels. You will identify and prioritise use cases for submissions and solution development as well as collaborate effectively with the Data Transformation and Tech teams to develop and evolve models and capabilities. You will have a strong analytics background coupled with business acumen that will be directly applied to optimise and strengthen our data & reporting capabilities through advanced tools and analytics to build and scale up our ability to drive and disseminate actionable insights across the business and ultimately drive growth for the organisation. These responsibilities include some of the following: * External agencies management including contractual agreements, quality of client service, delivery and support. Accountable for negotiations and delivering on required/identified cost saving opportunities as well as working in partnerships with the Regional CBIA leads to optimise data coverage & business performance reporting. * * Manage the ongoing global reporting capabilities and deliver aggregated report views to Senior Stakeholders at global, category and regional level and consult on the data narrative, opportunities and risks. * Partner with business/commercial stakeholders to ensure consistency of reporting & analyses across the business and 'one version of the truth' is applied to deliver consistent and accurate messages and recommendations to Senior Stakeholders. * Partner with business/commercial stakeholders to identify business use cases across the Enterprise value chain that require/would benefit from new reporting and data solutions and with the Data Transformation and Data Tech team to evaluate feasibility, prioritise and consult on the most appropriate data sets, infrastructure and platforms. * Consult with the Data Transformation and Data Tech team on most appropriate data sets and data infrastructure optimisation opportunities to strengthen and enriching our reporting capabilities and ability to generate real time insights. * Partner closely with the rest of the team to ensure optimal data is available and transferrable to feed in integrated data solutions and build synergies across different tools and capabilities. * Design and implement a long-term data and reporting strategy to ensure dissemination of insights across the business and at all levels, including new sources of data to improve diagnostic and analysis, advanced data management and visualisation capabilities and team resources and processes optimisation, closely collaborating with Data Transformation and Data Tech to leverage and build optimal capabilities at enterprise level. * Collaborate with the Knowledge Center lead to ensure optimal management of the off-shore team ensuring right scope of work, prioritisation and quality of deliverables. * Ensure close collaboration with regional and local performance management teams to align on key business performance messages and sharing of best practices and insights across the business. * Lead and manage team of 4 resources as well as off-shore resources, ensuring prioritisation, focus and collaboration Why you?
