Location : Ringwood Salary : to 23k doe, plus bonus, flexible working and excellent benefits inc free parking My client is now looking to appoint 2 new compliance administrators to their growing team in Ringwood. This is a company who invest in the staff, offer a degree of flexible working as well as some excellent benefits. The role would suit someone who has worked within a regulated industry such as accountancy, legal, financial services, banking etc. but this is not essential. You will also have a meticulous mind for numbers. What is vital is that you are of immaculate appearance (no visible facial piercings or tattoos) and have an excellent communication manner. Clients do visit the offices on a regular basis, and you may be expected to sit in on meetings to learn and develop. There is also the opportunity for the right-minded individuals to be taken out to see clients with one of the Partners over time. You will be working within a central admin team and therefore should be a good team player. A good eye for detail is essential as a lot of the work is quite repetitive and requires adherence to strict industry compliance regulations. Failure to meet these can be disastrous for the business. The successful candidate will * A basic understanding of accounting principles would be desirable, but not essential as training will be provided. * Effective use of IT including Microsoft applications as well as specialist systems. If you have used a CRM in the past, then so much the better * Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively whilst being flexible * Confident with good communication skills * Professional manner including good interpersonal, telephone and written skills * Takes responsibility for work tasks and quality, managing own workload and deadlines under supervision * Shows enthusiasm and commitment to undertaking tasks as required and in seeing tasks through to completion * Maintains client confidentiality * Ability to adhere to company policies and best practice * Have GCSE passes in Maths and English * Be a good team player The role will see you * Preparing documents and reports from standard templates * Administer cases under supervision * Working to deadlines as required * Complete appropriate banking and payment request forms in order to ensure that estate monies are dealt with correctly * Calculate and complete returns to HMRC * Use of specialist software including maintaining the diary system, data entry and reporting. * Filing of documents into the document management system * Dealing with day to day correspondence * Adhere to statutory compliance and current legislation, best practice and internal policies and procedures * Assisting with general team duties such as answering the telephone and replying to emails Immediate start available.
