About the role Support both the Core Team and Academy Principals in the North of the Trust's geographic footprint. Salary & Benefits £25,000 - £28,000 Depending on experience and location Access to Local Government Pension Scheme. Who we are looking for Educated to GCSE level or equivalent to include English and Mathematics Full Clean Driving Licence Experience of working in an Operationally demanding role Experience of working independently with little supervision Able to maintain the strictest confidence at all times Experience of coaching colleagues to improve performance Highly organised and efficient and able to work to tight deadlines, often under pressure About The David Ross Education Trust The David Ross Education Trust (DRET) has grown to a network of 33 academies, incorporating primary, secondary and grammar, and special schools.
