Job Description
Aqua restaurant group - The first aqua restaurant opened eighteen years ago in Hong Kong. The London operation comprises four individual restaurants all with fantastic bars; aqua shard, Hutong at the Shard, aqua kyoto and aqua nueva. Each restaurant and bar encompasses the founding philosophy - serving exquisite dishes using the freshest produce, presented with style, delivered with friendly service and in buzzing environments. We are now seeking an HR Administrator to join the Human Resources team at aqua. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and dynamic individual who wishes to expand their knowledge within a forward-thinking and supportive HR team. The ideal candidate will have the following: * Excellent Communication skills, and the ability to build relationships at various levels in the organisation * Organisational skills - ability to manage and progress multiple on-going tasks over time * Attention to accuracy and detail * Good interpersonal skills * Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met * Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks * Able to produce accurate information even under pressure * Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc * Basic knowledge of employment law * Enthusiasm for working in the hospitality industry Responsibilities: Aqua restaurant group - The first aqua restaurant opened eighteen years ago in Hong Kong.
