Job Description
We are creating an altruistic platform that facilitates the connection and exchange of information between individuals and/or organizations that need help with those that are providing help and vice versa. The way that we are going to bootstrap our social media, is by listing thousands of projects and initiatives that are tackling COVID-19 pandemic. We are looking for volunteer who want to join us in our fight against pandemics like COVID-19 and other crisis alike. As a volunteer in Human Resources , you will: * Administer, coordinate, and support organizational programs and services. * Coordinate HR-related duties including screening, on-boarding documentation, people analytics & reporting, performance management, employee relations, and other duties as needed. * Assist in the roll out of human resource programs, culture & values, code of conduct, and practices that develop the HR support for the community. * Add new members to all the different collaboration tools. * Promote and engage in diversity & inclusion initiatives. Requirements Qualifying Skills: * Human Resources experience including recruiting. * This role requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work independently. Must be able to work in a fast moving remote environment and take appropriate action. Qualifying Attitude: * You are a problem solver wit Hands-on mentality. * You want to learn and help in anyway possible. * You want to be part of something great that positively impacts society especially in times of crisis. * You are proactive to collaborate remotely.
