Director of Marketing Mid-Market, Europe UK - London Reports to - Managing Director, Europe About Trintech's Mid-Market Solutions Trintech pioneered the development of Financial Corporate Performance Management (FCPM) software to optimise the Record to Report process. From high volume transaction matching and streamlining daily operational reconciliations, to automating and managing balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, treasury management and bank fee analysis, to governance, risk and compliance - Trintech's portfolio of financial solutions including, Cadency, ReconNET, Adra Balancer and Adra Accounts, help manage all aspects of the financial close process. Job Description The Director of Marketing Mid-Market, Europe will own the end-to-end lead generation and marketing experience and all disciplines involved in building a high-performing growth engine for the Adra suite of software solutions in Europe. The position will be highly focused on a digital marketing strategy for a predominantly inside sales team. Trintech has over 470 employees in the US, Europe and Australia. This position reports directly to the Managing Director, Europe, with a matrixed reporting relationship to the US based President of Global Mid-Market and CMO with regards to global branding and other cross market platforms. The international nature of the role means that some travel may be required, but a large portion of the interactions can also be managed via web-meetings. A strategic and yet hands-on role, with a strong focus on execution, the Director Marketing Mid-Market Europe will: * Develop and execute localised go-to-market plans for each core territory that result in substantial bookings growth to include digital marketing, field events and lead generation. * Work collaboratively with sales leadership, focusing on long-term strategic priorities and ensuring shorter-term plans are aligned with those priorities * Take full hands-on ownership of UK focused field-marketing - strategy, planning through to execution while also managing a team of marketing professionals across Europe focused on promoting Adra in their country / region * Guide the design of marketing campaigns, develop programs to cultivate leads, create effective content marketing materials, and work closely with Sales to convert leads to bookings * Build and maintain KPIs to identify and track success within inbound and outbound Business Development activity * Partner with the US marketing team to agree and [where necessary] localise corporate communications, website and brand awareness * Drive market and competitor research activity across Europe to identify and develop European expansion strategies * Work with product management and global marketing to ensure our strategies are optimally aligned with the portfolio and business strategy * Develop the overall positioning for all markets and assist other stakeholders in aligning product, segment, and market level positioning and branding at the solution level * Understanding, document and ensure that marketing strategies are aligned to the Buyer Personas and the Buying Process * Develop a strong understanding of customer workflow, needs and purchasing patterns in order to drive strategies * Collaborate with external information sources, including third party market research firms * Perform in-depth strategic marketing analysis
