Job title Marketing Director EMEA Job summary This is a hands-on role that provides the individual with the opportunity to perform both strategic and tactical work. The individual should be someone who enjoys campaign marketing (inbound and outbound), demand generation, and digital marketing. You'll map the competitive landscape and help increase Cirium's market penetration. Develop and manage the regional campaign strategy and work with sales leaders to agree outcomes and targets. In addition, nurture sales ready leads to maximise opportunity of purchase and renewal. You will partner with peer groups like the Market Development, Communications, Digital, Portfolio Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to ensure development of cohesive campaign plans. Part of your responsibility will be to measure and report on programme/campaign performance and then optimise the demand generation process and map it to identified opportunities. You will have freedom to develop and create marketing assets within brand guidelines and present them to the CMO. We allow creative flexibility so you will have plenty of opportunity to flex and develop your marketing talent. We expect you to have superior communication and copyrighting skills. If you have additional language skills, they would be a big plus. Ideally and additional European or Arabic. The ideal person would have a deep technical understanding of marketing and be willing to step outside their comfort zone and be willing to do more than just the campaign role. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with peer groups like the Market Development, Communications, Digital, Portfolio Marketing and Marketing Operations to ensure development of cohesive campaign plans. * Develop a campaign strategy and execute campaigns that are aligned to strategic themes. * Create marketing and communications assets in alignment with the content strategy. * Document customer needs and conduct research to effectively position the company in the region. * Adapt buyer personas developed by the global marketing team and localise for audience specific campaign. * Experience Required: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent. * Demonstrable direct marketing experience in software/solutions/information technology. * Experience in the airline/aerospace/travel sector would be a great benefit. * Successful launch and management of regional marketing campaigns. * Led a team of campaign and customer engagement personnel.
